This file is in Steam client. If you added a check for this file to your database without specifying a hash, then many players who play on the Steam client will be banned.

isn't this a original windows dll file?
is the player cheating?

can you guys explain because it is an old community player, so i have to be sure before doing anything

Ok, so this means he is cheating? if was not supposed to be there?
i got suspicious after i saw that it had the "Aimbot" tag

can i ban the players ou leave it? since i configured recheker only to log stuff

tarsisd2, без сомнений, есть вариант проверить: скачать любую сборку и проверить наличие данного файла, либо попросить игрока скинуть ресурс, с которого он качал сборку и проверить её на наличие читов и данного файла, самостоятельно.

Dear user. The original file is in the Microsoft Visual C ++ Redistributable package. It has a SHA256 hash: CA2F5609. In your case, the file with hash 86f1895a was found. Hence the conclusion, the file is not original. And in general it is not clear how he took in the game folder
