The problem is that amx bans push steamid in dynamic admin storage instead of nick.
admins_push(AuthData,Password,read_flags(Access),read_flags(Flags));

and

admins_push(AuthData,Password,read_flags(Access),read_flags(Flags));

Multi language support for what? There is displayed only one message, which is the message when a player gets kicked, you can modify it in the configuration file.

You don't need "adminslots.amxx" for this and it don't reads "amx_reservation" cvar. All the configurable things are in the configuration file ( SlotReservation.ini ).

Этот пункт означает иммунитет для тех, кого не будет кикать с сервера верно?
И еще вопрос , вот я вписал имя в ини файл , что нужно прописать , чтобы изменения сразу вступили в силу или надо ждать пока карта сменится?

This item means immunity for those who will not be kicked from the server, right?

Yes, immunity flag is for those who won't be included in kicking algorith ( if INCLUDE_ADMINS = 0 ).
If you want to apply new settings immediately, use amx_reload_slot_file command.

Ребят, кто знает подскажите. В общем для того, чтобы плагин нормально работал мне пришлось поменять значения в Реюнион
cid_NoSteam47/48 = 5 на 8

Иначе при значении = 5 (запрет) меня не впускает на полный сервер как с оригинального стима, так и с ГС клиента с причиной

Автор говорит, что все вопросы к реюнион и посоветовал убрать запрет, что я и сделал. И сейчас всё норм. Но это ведь не есть хорошо?
