It does the same thing as RG_CSGameRules_ClientUserInfoChanged but you have the param for the new name, it doesn't help too much, because I still need to check for the "name" field in userinfo:

I would recommend using an asynchronous request if you do not want to get freezes on the server when you request

I know, but I want to retrieve needed data instantly, using SQL_Execute() not SQL_ThreadQuery(). And SQL_ThreadQuery() can fail sometimes due it's thread worker which seems buggy sometimes.

I don't see anything by the code that instant data is required, the difference in receiving is in milliseconds (0.00003 ms)
