@undefined, i tried before to restrict flash but it just restrict you from buying, if you pick up or are given, you can still use it, so amx_restrict here won`t work

g2rise, you could do this
1 - use map without grenades, flash
edit your vip plugin, remove function that gives flash grenade and rename to plugin2
in config/maps/ plugins-$2000$.ini
you disable
vip_plugin.amxx disabled

and enable
vip_plugin2.amxx

so youll have the vipplugin not giving flash on 2000 map

g2rise, хук получения предмета. Он говорит о том, что надо написать плагин, который бы хукал получение итема и если это флэшка, то удалять её.
