Hook Cvar Change

I want to check cvar. Which one should I use?

RH_Cvar_DirectSet
hook_cvar_change

I thought reapi was better, i wanted to ask you.

I'm not sure that RH_Cvar_DirectSet will be called for cvars registered from amxmodx. Anyway, there's no big difference how to hook cvar so just use whatever you want.
