Поиск hardware id ban

Hello, all. I am searching plugin hardware id ban this is posible in cs 1.6 ? i found somfing https://amxmodx-es.com/Thread-Sistema-de-Ban-MySQL-PHP-SQLite3 but the system does not work. i know its sxe has something similar.
is its posible get player hardwere id and ban it to som cfg file ?
