What's that?
This is CSO hands to GoldSrc engine (Counter Strike 1.6, Half-Life, else games in GoldSrc). Blend file include only hands to HUD model (means "v_model").

- Real GoldSrc mesh size (that's mean you don't need to resize it)
Using

- Bake all animations
- Export it using some add-on
- Compile with .qc file
- You're done
