Hi,

Does exists a ban system which can ban some unique address(network mac, idk)? A ban system what to work against someone who use: steam id changer, vpn, manual ip reset.
I tried to search online IP API, but none revealed mac address or something else(unique)

about this, from what i know, asn is about provider(isp), which is unique for all peoples which are using the same provider, so if i ban asn i will ban all peoples from that provider, right?

Yep, I have blacklisted around 40 ASN in my firewall that are used by proxies, VPN services. So, in my case, bypassing guards or using plugins like that is not needed. I also provide a private version of my ban system, which includes ReHLDS changes and places bans at a higher level. Note that after executing it, it is impossible to unban incorrectly banned players. Also, this method should only work on non-Steam builds. If you are interested, let me know.

ok u ban by vpn asn, but what can u do if your target doesn t have vpn and is reseting his router/modem manually to get a new ip? if you ban the original asn of him u ban all players from that asn
