Не могу, понять в прочтений таких размеров. Если размер высоту то 63 а 57 это что? -точечный размер меньше 1юнита?
Опишите пожалуйста, по определению на русском. Считая точечного размера.

ArtaKey, модели это точечные энтити. То, что ты ставишь на карте - всего лишь нулевая координата для файла модели. Сама модель может иметь размеры с десятыми, сотыми и тысячными от юнита.
