resrdetector setting

Hi,
we have guy who enters server, fast changing names and it's a bit hard to ban him, because he always return.
He has aimbot, wallhack and speedhack too.
Could we modify a bit metamod module resrdetector so it bans these guys automatically?
this is my current cfg:

LogMode = 1

SpeedRun_Warn = 9
SpeedRun_Reset = 50.0
SpeedRun_Punish_Kill = 0

PunishStringSpeedRun = fb_ban 10080 [userid] "SpeedRun Detected"

NameSpam_Enable = 1

P.S. His steamid is not steam_3:0:xxxxxx

Guys, anyone?
This is complete disaster. Dude cheating and nothing works against him.
He changing IP, SteamID and name all the time.

I am using fb bans, bypass guard, reaimdetector, etc. but he bypass it all.
Here is example of his steamid:

It seems we have managed to solve problem with iphub. Now he enters via his IP, but restarting router whenever we ban him.
Probably we are going to report him to police, since we found out in which block of city he's living.
Crazy guy.
I've never understood these people.

New hacks not work to give advantage vs players, but vs moderators...

Instead of bannin him why not just make a plugin to make his life hell on your server? This way it will be more annoying for him to change ip/steamid each time you set his damage to others to 0, all damage given to him is multiplied by 100, set his max speed to 200, set his money to 0$ every spawn and maybe even strip all his weapons.

This way you're making it way harder on his mental to keep changing steamid/ip even though it will be pointless, he will not be able to play the game normally. Would be funnier also if you could make a vote command for players if there's no admin they can just type in /cheater and start a vote on him, this way he really just can't play there anymore at all.

Do not worry. I've managed to solve it with VPN blocker, so that guy is past.
I've blocked several ASN and VPNs with iphub.
