Well... That plugin works fine. Changed cvars values didn't take effect immediately but loaded from round restart (after map change cvars resets to "0") and therefore I thought it had no effect. I am very grateful to you for your involvement in my problem but there was no problem from the beginning :)Throw Regamedll - nope
