does anyone know a plugin that will allow me to place the inscription 3D .mdl on de_dust2 map?

How to do something like that?
I recently saw 3D (server name) on some server. as it turned out it is an inscription in .mdl. I checked the cstrike downloads folder

pmadisson75, are you talking about custom MOTD? I mean, when you connecting to server you see 3D model like .mdl instead of default MOTD window
