Sorry I found this plugin but I don't know how to install it. He tells me this.
Installation:
1. Upload the motdcs folder from the file to the web server
2. Open the file {server_dir} /cstrike/motd.txt and replace all the content with:
<! DOCTYPE HTML> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv = "refresh" content = "0; url = http: //ваш-сайт.ру/motdcs/motd.html"> </body> </ html>
3. Change the map or restart the server.
4. Rejoice.
