Modification based on team deatchmatch

Like in title, i want to create modification in which base game mode is team deatchmatch, and here comes the question, is it better to use ReCSDM or server cvars brought by regamedll (mp_round_infinite, mp_forcerespawn, etc.) and removing maps objectives manualy? From one side i want keep this project independent from using some on side solutions like almost whole other modification - ReCSDM, from second side i want get maximal optimatization.

Sorry for quality of my english, i have hope that yuou will understand what i have on my mind and you give me some good opinions in this case.
