исходный код это плг на прицелы crosshairmenu
На скринах в принцепи видно какая проблема
Помню даже ставил плг на то чтобы после окончания раунда показывало картинку кто победил - тоже самое было (тот же баг)
Предпологаю что проблема все же не плг а в том что сервер чёт не поддержует или там нету моделя или ещё какого-то фикса
1 скрин - сам баг (на первом слоте появился второй вид оружия) (нету 4 слота под гранату - хилку)
2 скрин - все нормально (выключен плг на прицелы)

vakaresko, ошибки тут нет, просто несовместимость плагинов. Придётся выбирать какой-то один, либо заказывать доработку. А сам автор уже говорил, что этот плагин не рекомендуется к использованию и не поддерживается.
