Probably any of AMXX Plugins but I'm not sure which? Let me know and I will post source of it.

If you see in this video, an admin who is in T's changes his team to CT without being getting dead or his team should change in next round, instead of same? This way he spawn's in T's and after a while changes his team to CT, to get more kills, kind of betraying team mates.

If it's feature, shouldn't that be optimised? Else admins can change teams kill their ex team mates?

Like I' m admin, I choose, Ts and after 15 secs I change my team to CT and start killing Ts?

If its a feature, command should be disabled for self use, when alive.
