Update Mod Manager For amxx 1.9/1.10 Compatiblilty

There is a Multimod manager plugin which only supports 1.8.2.. If anyone is free can you plzz make it compatible for amxx 1.9/1.10
I have attached plugin source..
This plugin is very usefull for multimod servers.. Can manage 100 of mods at a time
