Hi same like in title, if not possible maybe someone have some idea or plugin block use cl_forwardspeed >400 and possible using cl_forwardspeed 999 for one player
i need this on zombie mod

I think, this may help:

set_entvar(index, var_maxspeed, 400);
set_entvar(index, var_maxspeed, 900);
