Client Build 4554 - Problem

I have a client in version 4554, but if you go over 100 FPS the game is a little slow, as if it were serious, would you fix it ?, I have a .asi that loads with the game and fixes some bugs' CSX Guard v4 'will I be able to fix this sluggish bug when the FPS is greater than 100 through this .asi?

Obs: the original steam client does not have this problem.

Use cl_cmdrate and fps_max same value.

Test fps_max 1000 with cl_cmdrate 1 to matrix mode :)
