Installation of Source Query Cacher Tool

Hello
Can Anyone Please help to install this tool? I am facing Query Floods Attacks On My Server.

I Tried to Install this module
"bash: ./source_query_cacher: can not execute binary file"
"bash: /source_query_cacher: No such file or directory"

I even Tried setting permissions chmod +x Still Same error..
