CS Bans 1.3 Help

H i want to ask who can help me to fixed one problem i install cs bans and fresh bans database working perfect but my server stay loading https://prnt.sc/qo73xj just reload dont show server i read some body said make
reunion.cfg
ServerInfoAnswerType = 0 i have normal default 2
Dyou know somebody how can i fixed ?
