Make .php access only via MOTD

Hi guys! Is it possible to rescrict visiting one .php via MOTD (in-game) only? Because any player can go right-click and Copy link and open it in his browser

is it possible to make in plugin, so when player opens (with chat command example) so plugin will send some sockets, and .php will GET and undestand that visitor is from the game...or that idea wont work? Spasibo in advance! :)
