Req| Преработка на GaG-Manager fix -X minutes

1. The plugin have small problem with " -X " minutes, please someone can fix that. "That is normal"?
2. I want to added ungag options in gag menu, that is.

I'm sorry for my language.
That is GAG minutes for mute chat " #define SWEAR_GAGMINUTES 3 " But after 3 minutes, gag mutes no ending. Then again starting new -3minutes, why? After (-3 -2 -1 )minutes, blockchat ending success. Total 6-minutes. :/

Can someone edited gagmenu, please, added ungag functions in menu.
