AMXMODX 1.9 or 1.10, ReVoice or VTC?

Good morning, I have a question about the amx version. Which version is more stable and on which version server will run better? 1.10 or 1.9?
Additionally, the question is which is better, reVoice or VoiceTranscoder?
I have VoiceTranscoder and I can't find any plugin from amx_gag for admins. ChatAddictions doesn't work, I can mute it and people keep talking, and I did everything correctly

trivor, вы не правильно задаетесь вопросом, вам надо понять что за сборка вашего сервера, а верно ли она собрана вообще у вас.
все работает хорошо и там и там. Чую проблема заключена в другом.

amarot, Most of the plugins are customized for version 1.9

there is no compatibility problem, they can be for 1.8.2 but will works in 1.10 too

ChatAddictions doesn't work, I can mute it and people keep talking, and I did everything correctly

ChatAddictions don't need VTC or Revoice.

so why its still not working
