I need and have an idea for a plugin.
As there many maps, that don't have Round End Timer. [Specially Small Maps, where there is no task].
So, can anyone make a plugin, when ever there is
1 vs 1 encounter
Round Forces The Time In Count Down, Defined By Cvar [Default 3 Mins].
The main purpose of the plugin is, when there is 1 vs 1 encounter, i.e: CT's V/S T's and there is no time limit, they just waste time, like some noob, keep wasting for 10 to 15 mins,
If they failed to end the round in that particular time, they both get slayed and Round should be Draw.
