Increasing Precache Limit in 2023?

So How is everyone increasing the Precache limit of 512 from the client and server? I mostly play offline with bots and would like to know if it's possible to do it with ease nowadays?
I was searching around yesterday and stumbled on a thread form 2017 where a Guy was saying there's a MetaHook plugin which can increase it to 1024 or 4096? I tried searching but couldn't find anything. Does something like that even exists or was that guy was just a fluke?

For the time being I'm using a UnPrecache AMMx plugin and CSLDR with World Model group to save on the limits on maps that are close to hitting the limits but even after using those I still hit limits on some maps.

Artemich, Can you please help me understand how do crappy mods like these :

Add dozens of weapons and even player models? I can't find any info on these "NST" plugins or how they work, neither on Metahook. I only wanted to use CS:GO weapons from gamebanana made by hellmonja but even after adding two weapons I cannot play on maps that have high count of brushes/models because then the limit is reached. I also can't use Meta Unprecacher since it's only Linux based.

FR4M3_404, they asked Valve a permission to modify GoldSrc engine, to increase a limit. you gotta ask for a permission too.

Those are unofficial mods, not the Official one made by NEXON. I know NEXON bought a license to the engine, but I wanted to know how these mods are achieving those afore mentioned things. They utilize NST_ plugins.

No no, they free fan made mods, and on top of that poorly done, these mods run on the older version of CS. I believe he ones from 2008-09. Also the Iron Sight Mod uses Trinity engine, can't find info about that either. I just wanted to find out about NST_ plugins and MetaHook.
