Restart + Team Switch

Hi there,
what i want if its possible is, to merge two simple plugins.
One is a vote for restart and the other is switch (teams) after a restart, it is very usefull for servers with only one map.
Any help will be appreciated, i think it is a good idea for starter plugin, any opinions post down bellow :)
