disable auto name of HLTV demo

hi guys
does anyone know is there a option to disable auto-renaming a HLTV's demo ?
if i put in the plugin to record: mapname_date-time.dem,it will remove needed number of characters so HLTV will have space to add its date and mapname...

here is example:
from the plugin it should be:
de_dust_27.12.2022.13-48-18.dem

but in reallity, hltv makes the demo name to:
de_dust_27.12.2022.13-48--2212271349-de_dust.dem

so my questions is, can we disable the hltv naming here?

If anyone can suggest/give a hint what to fo next, it would be awesome (hltv is external, not on the same machine as gameserver, if that matters)
