Okay so this started very recently like a few days ago, some players have Voice icon over head (voice is disabled for 3+ years already) no one can speak to server, but some people have voice icon over their head, how can this be fixed? i didnt update anything on server i even removed all amxx plugins to check, but still even with 0 plugins i had this problem .
Even after death, map change they still have it, can we try to make some amxx or something to hide that icon because i really dont need it (talking is not possible on server, i dont hear his voice even, just icon that is VERY VERY VERY annoying)

relax guys, dont bring up unneceseary things, i even said in post that i tried with removing all plugins that i use, and problem was still there, so it doesnt matter if i had all plugins turned on or off, so dont be unhelpful
