Hello everyone, I'm looking for suggestions towards what anti identical/ip advertisement plugin I should use that also checks the adminchat because there's some binded players that come every night and spam the adminchat like this for hours if no admin is online:

I've been using mistrick's chatmanager with the subplugin but it seems it doesn't check adminchat. Last night I've been trying this one : https://dev-cs.ru/resources/1360/ , also no solution. The order of plugins in the list is like this :
amx_gag.amxx
gm_antiadv.amxx debug
adminchat.amxx
crx_chatmanager.amxx
crx_chatmanager_toggle.amxx
;chatmanager.amxx
;chatmanager_addon.amxx ; at the bottom of the list.
The same goes with the gag plugin too,I couldnt find any plugin to offer support for adminchat yet,been using chatadditions for a while because I liked the extended functionality but recently I gave up on it because I have to find something against these.
Tell me your suggestions please , ask me anything that would help solve this problem.
