Replace Smoke Grenade with Health Grenade

Hello guys, I want to put this health grenade in my classic server and I wonder can it be changed so when you buy/get/pickup a smoke grenade to change in to a health grenade ? Can someone edit it for me or tell me how can I do it myself, please. This is the plugin: https://dev-cs.ru/resources/1271/

Okay but you don't have the option to drink it. I'll try to use the one you sent me and try add the drink option.
I hope it works, but if it doesn't I hope someone can help.

So it will be hard to make it instead of the smoke grenade, right? Because I'd rather have it as smoke, not as an additional 4th grenade.
