[help Orpheu] Hooking msg from other plugin

Hello. Can anyone edit (improve?) this code so it will properly for checking messages sent from other plugins? I spent almost 3 hours for fixing code by DarkPL: AlliedModders - View Single Post - [orpheu] pfnClientPrintf

But it is completly replacing ColorChat message sent from other plugin. I would like to just CATCH/HOOK that message, if it is possible

EDIT: Currently what it does (which is not good) is replacing every colorchat message with the '[you]' which is weird to me...i hope it helps to someone who wants to help here
