About plugin sharing

I have been a member of the forum since December 12, 2018.
I code the plugins as a hobby.
I want the add-ons I have coded to reach more people.
However, I cannot share plugins in the forum.
Is there a message limit for plugin sharing?
Or what are the limits for plugin sharing?

Now you are in the "User" group. The Resource Manager (used to upload plugins/files) isn't available for your group.
After reaching 15 posts and 5 likes you will be promoted to "Member" group, and Rescource Manager will be accessible.
