server load

Hi everyone. I'm running a ReCSDM server with above config. Lately I am facing huge cpu load and then lags when the server is filled. Yet I didn't add or change many plugins. Months before all was running smooth even when filled with 32 players. I have updated files like ReGame, ReHLDS, ReAPI...
