csbans setup vps

Till Now What I have Done:- 1) Installed Apache2,Mysql,php,phpmyadmin (ubuntu) 2) I copied All Files to var/www/html/bans folder.. 3) Checked https://1.2.3.4/bans/ (on browser) .. There it showed there is no directory and file /site/install.html Then Tried to give permission and other stuff...
