antiscroll

Hi. Does someone have an anti-sr plugin? I've tested all the plugins that i've found and nothing is like i want to be. Now i'm using this one wich is kind of what i want but it's not enough. The scroll still works and i don't want too like in FASTCUP and yeah, i know that they are using...
