[Small improvement] Unnecessary static variable in prethink has been deleted.
Added rsm_colors cvar to change hud color. Cvar value must be like this: "255 0 0", "0 0 255" If you want speed color, just set cvar "0 0 0" Added rsm_pos cvar to set coordinate of the hud message Cvar value must be like this: "-1.0 0.75"
