Tested with the current stable CS client Steam version: Apr 3 2019 (8196).
I don't know if this happened on previous versions.

The problem appears when the Steam client detailed above uses microphone and the receiver it's a non-steam player
[ non-steam client tested versions: GSClient from Jul 16 2019 (8300) can be downloaded here https://dev-cs.ru/threads/5528/ ].

The problem didn't appeared with two steam clients or other non-steam versions.

If the speaker says something and never release the speech key, receiver will listen him with an echo.
Every second, the echo is distorted causing an annoying sound. After 5 seconds (approximately) echo stops.

Tested with VoiceTranscoder and Revoice. It's not fixed at any of two modules.
Also tested on original HLDS version 6153. So, problem isn't related to ReHLDS or ReGameDLL.
