tell me pls, by default, flag for ct and tt - spawn on team respawns as original plugin? or admin should spawn flags manually per map?

Admin should create flag once with menu. It saves auto and you should restart map.

for example i have around 250 maps in maplist and im using jctf plugin, dat spawn flag automatically - its perfect

Can you add a plugin on/off cvar ?
I tired by using amx_pause but still files get downloaded
when plugin is paused flags are still on map..

Sorry, I can't. If you write plugin to plugins.ini, files from precache can't stop. And when you pause main plugin, you will stop just what happens.

I am using with CSDM mod. That is way, I don’t use buy zone.
