Учитесь работать с локальным компилятором. Сами поймёте, насколько это удобно, когда весь код в одном месте. Скачайте AmxModX под Windows, вытащите папку scripting. Разместите там, где удобно. Компилить можно будет перетаскивая исходник на compile.exe. Инклюды, соответственно, в папке include.
